Hollywood, Round 2

It's Group Day!! I love the drama of group day and the trainwrecky goodness of people who can't pull it together. But I give MAD props to the ones who can. I love to sing but I have no idea how to harmonize and the groups that pull that off well, amaze me.

Simon issues the edict that if you forget the words, you're automatically cut. That freaks everyone out and makes them cry. They form their groups and start practicing. The whole 1st half hour of the show is people trying to find their groups and the drama that ensues when egos abound. The groups they feature during this segment are:
White Chocolate made up of Justin Williams, Kris Allen, and Matt Giraud and that rapping India girl,
The Rainbow Coalition made up of Danny Gokey, his bff Jamaar, Taylor Vafuana and some other girl
The Action Squad made up of Emily Wynne Hughe's, Alex Wagner-Trugman, Anne Marie Boskovich, and Ryan Pinkston
The Diva's made up of Katrina Bikini, Rose The Hippie, Jasmine The Talented, and some other girl,
Tatiana's group
And Team Compromise made up of the lip piercing dude Nathaniel Marshall, Ghetto Nancy, and Kristen McNamara.

The White Chocolate group goes 1st and does really well, they were great, good harmonies, and cute choreography, they all make it through.

Emily's group goes next and she gets cut because she FORGOT THE WORDS. Lame Emily!!!

Danny & Jamaar's group goes next and they do a great job with the harmonies. The only thing that bothered me about their performance was the girls in their group were never shown during their solos... wonder what that's all about. But the whole group makes it through. They were feelin the love, those 4!

The Divas self destruct but Jasmine makes it through so that's good! I felt bad for Rose though. She didn't have the best voice but she fell into the worst possible group for her to possibly ever meet up with.

Somehow goofy Tatiana and her whole team make it through. She is a mess and annoys me a LOT. I hope she gets cut during the next go round.

Team Compromise also self destructs but lip piercing guy and cute blonde girl both make it through. Nancy doesn't. She had the most work ethic, but definitely the worst performance.

75 people made it through Round 2 and will sing solos again on Tuesday night... till then!
